My favorite part about being a realtor and lender is walking my customers through their "firsts". Whether that is the first time buying, selling or financing, I have been around the block (literally) many times and I like to think that I have some worthwhile wisdom to impart. I know from personal and professional experience that it takes good information to make good decisions, not only when you buy and sell, but when you are managing your home.
There is always a time when you could use advice on financing, mortgages, taxes, insurance, maintenance, finding reasonable and reliable contractors, or a huge variety of other things. Imagine how nice it would be to have a real estate and mortgage information line you could call whenever you have a question— which is where I come in.
My objective is always to move from a one-time sale to having customers for life; a select group of friends and past customers who consider me their lifelong real estate professional. My hope is always that I earn the privilege to be your trusted real estate professional through hard work, knowledge and experience.
